This is a personal website. I do not provide user accounts, registration forms, contact forms, or other mechanisms for submitting personal information through the website.
If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message, solely for the purpose of responding to you and handling the correspondence.
I use GoatCounter to understand how much traffic the website receives and which pages are visited.
GoatCounter does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not store IP addresses or full User-Agent headers in its database. For session counting, IP addresses and User-Agent information may be processed temporarily in memory.
The analytics data are used only to understand aggregate website traffic. I do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking, and I do not sell personal data.
Where personal data are processed, the legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), based on my legitimate interests in operating the website, responding to correspondence, and understanding aggregate website traffic.
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the correspondence and for applicable legal or evidentiary purposes. I do not maintain a separate database of website visitors.
GoatCounter is used as the website's analytics service. I do not sell or otherwise use the collected data for commercial purposes.
